My name is Ayesha Zaheer and I am currently doing my specialized honors Psychology with York University (Toronto). For my final year thesis course, I have decided to study “glass ceiling effect”. This site is made exclusively to collect data and to advertise my survey. I will hopefully put up my findings on this page as well.
For the time being, the survey is targeted towards Female population. There are a few requirements for the survey:
- First as mentioned above, the survey is targeted towards female population
- Secondly the participant(s) must have some Canadian work experience. They do not have to be Canadian citizen in order to fill this survey.
- Lastly, the individuals have to be 18 or over.
The survey will take max 12 minutes of your time. Kindly proceed only if you are serious (have 12 min of time) and meet the above requirements.
Kindly note you can do the survey only once! So make sure when you start it that you finish and complete it in one go:)
