Survey Update

Hi,

I want to thank all those individuals who have taken some time out and have done the survey:)

A quick reminder the survey will close on midnight of March 1st:) So, if you are interested in taking the survey, kindly take it as soon as possible.  The results of the study will be placed online in mid or end of April.  I will keep you updated.

Lastly, when you click on the link and do the survey. At the end of the survey, when you click ‘done’, it should take you to a separate page. If the survey page appears again that means that you have not answered a question(s). Those questions will be highlighted with “you need to answer this”.

My name is Ayesha Zaheer and I am currently doing my specialized honors Psychology with York University (Toronto). For my final year thesis course, I have decided to study “glass ceiling effect”. This site is made exclusively to collect data and to advertise my survey. I will hopefully put up my findings on this page as well.

For the time being, the survey is targeted towards Female population. There are a few requirements for the survey:

1. First as mentioned above, the survey is targeted towards female population
2. Secondly the participant(s) must have some Canadian work experience. They do not have to be Canadian citizen in order to fill this survey.
3. Lastly, the individuals have to be 18 or over.

The survey will take max 12 minutes of your time. Kindly proceed only if you are serious (have 12 min of time) and meet the above requirements.

Kindly note you can do the survey only once! So make sure when you start it that you finish and complete it in one go:)
